Why are tickets sold by timed entry?
Fragrance Fête is intentionally designed as a boutique fragrance experience rather than a large convention. Timed entry helps us maintain a comfortable atmosphere where guests have space to explore, ask questions, discover new fragrances, and enjoy meaningful conversations with brands and fellow fragrance enthusiasts. Our goal is simple: to create a more personal and memorable experience. We want you to remember the perfumes—not the crowds. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
What is the refund policy? Tickets are final sale.
Tickets are final sale. Refunds are not available. However, ticket transfers to another person are permitted.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your event registration to another person. A new QR Code is issued for the transferred tickets that only the new recipient can use; the sender’s transferred tickets are no longer available. To transfer a ticket use the “MANAGE TICKETS” button on your confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the door? Sorry, no.
Sorry, no. Fragrance Fête does not offer walk-up ticket sales. But don’t worry—if tickets are still available, you can purchase them online right from your phone before arriving. We recommend securing your tickets in advance, as some timed-entry sessions may sell out.
Can I purchase more than one timed-entry ticket? Yes!
Yes! If one session simply isn’t enough, you’re welcome to purchase multiple timed-entry tickets throughout the weekend. Many fragrance lovers enjoy returning for additional exploration, presentations, and discoveries.
Just remember: every ticket helps us maintain the intimate, uncrowded experience that Fragrance Fête is designed to provide.
Please note that complimentary attendee tote bags and sample bags may be limited to one per person, regardless of the number of sessions or tickets purchased.
Is re-entry allowed if I leave the venue?

What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes admission during your selected timed-entry/entries session, access to participating brands, educational presentations, and a complimentary tote bag with fragrance samples – one per person and while supplies last.
Will there be food and drinks available for purchase?
No, sorry and no outside food or beverages are permitted.
The good news? You’ll be in the heart of New Orleans’ historic French Quarter, surrounded by some of the city’s best restaurants, cafés, bars, and cocktail lounges—all just steps away from the event. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite between sessions, a leisurely lunch, or a classic New Orleans cocktail after a day of fragrance discovery, you’ll have no shortage of options nearby.
Is parking available and is it free?
Parking is not available on-site for this event. Please plan your transportation accordingly and utilize public transit, rideshare services, or nearby public parking facilities.
Are pets allowed at the event?
Only Service Animals are permitted.
Service Animals Policy
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we welcome service animals that are trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities. These animals are permitted in all areas of our event where the public is typically allowed.
Service Animal Guidelines:
Service animals must be under the control of their handler at all times
Animals must be leashed, harnessed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the animal’s service tasks
The animal must be trained to perform direct tasks related to the handler’s disability
Note: Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and pets are not considered service animals and will not be permitted.
Is the event appropriate for children?
Because of the nature of the event and the presence of alcohol-based fragrance products, Fragrance Fête is best suited for adults and mature teens. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?
No worries—Fragrance Fête takes place entirely indoors, so rain won’t affect the event.
July in New Orleans can be quite warm, and brief afternoon showers are always a possibility, but once you’re inside you’ll be able to enjoy the event in comfort. We recommend dressing for the weather and allowing a few extra minutes for travel if rain is in the forecast.
